Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to become a chef and work for a nice Italian restaurant like
Cibo(
babaw ng pangarap no?). But my mom told me that we don't have enough money for that kind of course so I just took up eManagement. Now that I'm done with my first course, my mom told me last year that she wants me to take up culinary arts. WEIRD NO? Oh well, once she told me that I went straight to this culinary school in San Juan where
Judy Ann Santos and other local celebrities took their culinary course to inquire about their culinary courses. Unfortunately, when we're about to apply, we've been devastated by the storm
Ondoy, so we need money for renovation of our house.
Now my sister asked me if I still want to take up culinary arts, but in short type of course. She wants me to take up Authentic Italian lessons for her business.

I am so excited! This is my dream, I don't care if it's just a short course or whatever as long as I will learn something new. And since I'm free right now and getting positive feedbacks every time I cook for my family, friends and some people that I'm not familiar with(lol), I'm also trying to contact some culinary schools that are accepting scholarships, and that includes the very well-known Le Cordon Bleu(London) where they've already responded. So let's see what will happen. :)
pray for me!
That's all.
